Bellum K9 Owner, Shane McNamara, served as a presidential K9 handler for the United States Air Force for 6 years. As a Security Forces Sergeant, Shane and his K9 partners served under both the Trump and Obama administrations. After his honorable discharge from the military, Shane founded Bellum K9 and has since trained thousands of dogs. His biggest accomplishment was a completing a contract with the Department of Defense where he was responsible for implementing a K9 detection program for the country of Palau in the South China sea. However, if you ask him, he will tell you his favorite accomplishment was training a service dog for a little boy with Autism and Cystic Fibrosis who goes everywhere with her boy.
